Savour Overnight Bircher
- ½ cup Jumbo Rolled Oats (gluten free if necessary)
- 25 g a closed handful almonds (easy way to chop, place in a small bag and bash with a rolling pin)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup water or milk of choice (oat/soy/almond/dairy)
- 1 apple, coarsely grated
- 2 tbsp. seed mix (pumpkin, sunflower and chia seeds)
- 1 tbsp. chopped dates/cranberries or handful berries (optional for extra sweetness)
- Combine oats, cinnamon, almonds, with water or milk
- Place in container in fridge overnight
- In morning add more water/milk if mixture is too thick
- Stir in freshly grated apple, seeds and optional cranberries/dates/berries
Divide mixture into two, go ahead and Savour!
