Savour Hummus
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 400 g tin of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini paste OR 2 tbsp. Sunflower seeds
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed (optional)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
How to:
- Drain and rinse chickpeas
- Place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, crushed garlic, 2 tbsp water , salt, cumin, olive oil in a blender. Blend
* Keep in fridge use in 4-5 days.
