Rochez has been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years. She specialises in gene-based personal health and wellness, mindful eating behaviour and has an integrated functional nutrition approach.
She loves being active, often goes on outdoor adventures, keeping up her yoga practice and values close relationships.
Her own lifestyle and nutrition care plan is based on her DNA test results, which showed weight gain and weight loss resistance is her biggest challenge. Her genes showed that she was at higher risk for developing conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Osteoporosis and Arthritis. These areas are now being tackled through a tailored health plan that allows her to manage her weight and prevent predisposed conditions
Jacques has had the privilege of travelling around the world and spent the last decade understanding people’s daily challenges and what makes us tick. His experience ensures that our coaching platform is fit for purpose and designed to drive positive results.
His DNA results highlighted that he has a slow resting metabolic rate and increased likelihood of developing new fat cells. He has a higher risk of lifestyle conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and brain conditions, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. He now knows exactly which foods and lifestyle changes to make to prevent these conditions. Lucky for him, his genes show that he has excellent athletic endurance and power capabilities!
